Adam - Dad of Five and Husband of One

As an ex-professional rugby player and part time MMA fighter, Adam has always enjoyed working out. He’s tried some crazy workout routines like getting up at 3am to train while the kids are still asleep, just so he could get in a workout. He’s finally come to his sense and realised he can fit in 15min most days around the kids and he’s feeling all the better for it.

  • I get asked all the time how I train, what I eat and how I manage it all with five kids. So, I thought I would bring my love for fitness and family together and share my life with you in the hopes you too can feel your best.

  • If you know us, you’ll know we are pretty open, candid people that tell it how it is. We aren’t here to be the perfect fitness influencers with a six pack that eat salad for lunch everyday. We are real parents who face the same struggles as you but have found ways to make parenthood more fun and fulfilling.

  • You can expect some fun workouts each week. A few swear words and funny stories, tips and tricks on all things fatherhood and looking after yourself. It’s a fun 15min interaction a few times a week that we can almost guarantee will make you feel better. And who doesn’t want to feel better?
